Welcome and open - Master D'Amico - Noon to 12:05 PM
Warm-up - lead by Master D'Amico until 12:30 PM
7 teaching sessions - with masters Nitschke, Rosales, Alonso, Macera, Bradt, Smith and D'Amico. Each lasting for 15 minutes - so they would run as follows:
Session 1: 12:30 to 12:45 PM
Session 2: 12:50 to 1:05
Session 3: 1:10 to 1:25
Session 4: 1:30 to 1:45
Session 5: 1:50 to 2:05
Session 6: 2:10 to 2:25
Session 7: 2:30 to 2:45
There will be 5 minutes between sessions for instructors to say a few words about the significance of this day and gathering to them or anything else they would like to comment on for the students.
Student Input - at 2:50 PM we will come back together and ask the students to have prepared in advance a 1 minute answer to the question:
"What did I choose to be a part of this session today?"
Concluding with thoughts from the group, which could take about 40 minutes bringing us to about 3:30 PM
